Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was particularly good and stunning and just off metro stations, supermarket and restaurants, Tolbiac metro station, and the river and centre of Paris. The staff are helpful and amiable, and the atmosphere is family. I have stayed in the family room with comfortable beds.

Greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights, the venue was quiet and nice, had MAGNIFICENT location in the centre. Room was well-organised and stylish with bathtub, the hotel had a family atmosphere.

it is a quiet property located in 13th arr. district so close to buses for transport around paris as well as three different train stations. the employees are helpful and friendly.

The value for money at Des Beaux Arts was great. The room was clean, updated, and bright, with comfortable beds. The hotel's location was safe and convenient, with easy access to the subway and nearby stores. The staff, especially Aaron and the woman on day shift, were amazing - welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. They even made alternative arrangements for us when there was an issue with our room.
The breakfast option could have included better quality croissants.

Great location, close to subway and convenient stores nearby. Clean and updated rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and accommodating staff.
The room did not match the photos, lacked amenities like iron and TV not working. Walls were dirty and towels were old.

The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to a park and within a short distance to the metro station. This made it convenient to explore the city and easily access other parts of town. the nearby restaurants provided a variety of dining options. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a clean and comfortable room.
The room was smaller than expected and the toilet had some flushing issues.

The daily maid service was such a delight, as if I don't have enough servants at home. The location in the 13th district was positively charming.
Who needs a lift anyway? I thoroughly enjoyed carrying my heavy luggage up the small staircase to the second floor, it was such a great workout.
